Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Vurex. We want your order to reach you quickly and in perfect condition. This policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver your order.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update after you receive it.

During high-volume periods (sales, holidays), processing may take an additional 1–2 business days.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We currently ship to addresses within the United States.

Delivery estimates begin from the date your order ships, not the date it is placed. Estimated total time from order to delivery is typically 9–17 business days.

Please note: delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, customs processing, or other factors outside our control.

Digital Products

Digital items included with your order (such as the Vurex Hand & Wrist Relief Guide) are delivered instantly by email after checkout. If you don't see the email within 15 minutes, please check your spam folder or contact us and we'll resend it.

Order Tracking

You can track your order at any time using the link in your shipping confirmation email. If your tracking number hasn't updated in more than 5 business days, contact us at sleventures@gmail.com and we'll look into it right away.

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are unable to change the address once an order has shipped. If you notice an error, contact us within 12 hours of placing your order at sleventures@gmail.com and we'll do our best to update it before it ships.

Orders returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address may be reshipped at the customer's expense, or refunded minus original shipping costs.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

If your tracking shows "delivered" but you haven't received your package, please:


Check with household members, neighbors, and your building's mail area
Wait 48 hours — carriers sometimes mark packages delivered before they arrive
Contact us at sleventures@gmail.com if it still hasn't turned up If your order has not arrived within 25 business days of shipment, we will send a free replacement or issue a full refund — your choice.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damaged item and packaging, and we will send a replacement at no cost to you.

Multiple Shipments

Orders containing multiple items may occasionally ship in separate packages. You will receive tracking information for each shipment. You will never be charged extra for split shipments.
